Wall Panels

A wall panel is a multilayer panel that does not require additional insulation, surface treatment, or finishing of the exterior surface. The panel consists of interconnected layers, one of which is self-supporting and provides thermal insulation. The self-supporting layer is made of polystyrene concrete with embedded reinforcement and a through-hole with a diameter of 355 mm for subsequent concrete pouring. The wall panel also contains a façade-decorative layer made of moisture-resistant fiber-reinforced concrete using fiberglass, which ensures the formation of a decorative layer with high strength properties and resistance to weathering. In the method of manufacturing multilayer panels, the decorative layer is applied using the shotcrete method with fiber-reinforced concrete, the thermal insulation layer is made of polystyrene concrete, and the inner layer is plastered with a plaster mortar.
